Once Upon a Summer...
This summer, I drove down to Tennessee to stay with my dad and his family for two months. It was a blast. I saw my baby sister, Sophia, who is now two years old. I also was able to see my Grandma Winnie, Uncle Bill, and Aunt Atha for a week, before they had to go back to their house in North Carolina. While I was there, we went swimming and boating at Lake Norris. Also, we got a puppy! He was adorable at least. It took us a while, though we finally decided on the name Jasper. He is a terrier mix, but I am convinced he is part German Shepard because of his fur color. After I came back, Destanie, Tori, Heather, and I had a "cliché sleepover". Overall, this summer was fantastic, and I wish I could replay it over again.

ReplyDeleteGlad to hear you had a very exciting summer. Try to focus your writing a bit more on one topic. I know your topic was your trip, but it seemed like you were talking about several items that may have needed a different paragraph for each.
